Understanding Our Products

Each Imagiwing book is uniquely personalized for your child. Because every book is custom-made with your child's name and appearance, we have specific policies in place:

Important: Since personalization begins immediately after order confirmation, standard returns are not applicable. However, we stand behind our quality!

When We Offer Refunds/Replacements

We will gladly provide a refund or free replacement in these situations:

📦 Damaged During Shipping

If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement immediately.

🖨️ Printing Defects

Missing pages, blurry text, color issues, or binding problems? We'll replace it at no cost.

Wrong Personalization (Our Error)

If we made an error in personalization that doesn't match what you ordered, we'll correct it free of charge.

📭 Non-Delivery

If your order doesn't arrive within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, you're eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: 2 Hours

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • After 2 hours, personalization begins and cancellation is not possible

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after the 2-hour cancellation window
  • Incorrect information provided by you during personalization
  • Minor variations in color due to screen vs. print differences
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address provided
  • Damage caused after delivery (wear and tear, accidents)
