Imagiwing provides personalized children's storybooks featuring custom characters. Our services include:

• Creation of personalized storybooks
• High-quality printing and binding
• Delivery across India
• Customer support

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins
• We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking)
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• Each book is custom-made and production begins immediately after order confirmation

When personalizing your book, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for the child's character
• Use appropriate names (no offensive or inappropriate content)
• Not include copyrighted or trademarked names
• Understand that personalization cannot be changed after order confirmation

We reserve the right to reject orders with inappropriate content.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

• All content, designs, and stories are owned by Imagiwing
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Books are for personal use only, not for resale
• Our trademarks may not be used without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order
• We are not responsible for third-party actions (shipping carriers, payment processors)

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
